【摘要】在scleractinian珊瑚的抽象共生水藻(Symbiodiniumsp)在理解珊瑚礁石怎么将对全球气候变化作出回应是重要的。现在的纸在Symbiodiniumsp的差异上报导。在从25的48scleractinian珊瑚种类,类和10个家庭在华南海从Xisha岛取样了,它与原子ribosomalDNA大子单元基因(rDNA)的限制碎片长度多型性(RFLP)的使用被识别。结果显示出那:(i)SymbiodiniumCladeC是在在Xisha岛的scleractinian珊瑚的主导的zooxanthellae;(ii)SymbiodiniumCladeD在珊瑚Montiporaae
