【摘要】brassinosteroid(BR)受体，BR感觉迟钝1(BRI1)，在植物开发起一个关键作用，但是发信号的调停BRI1的BR是否涉及对草食动物的植物防卫回答，大部分是未知的。这里，我们在Nicotianaattenuata(Solanaceae)的抵抗检验了BRI1的功能到它的专家昆虫草食动物Manducasexta。Jasmonic酸(JA)和JA异白氨酸结合(JA-Ile)是调停的重要荷尔蒙抵抗在伤害以后发现那或模仿了herbivoryNaBRI1的草食动物和我们在JA层次上有小效果，但是为JA-Ile的正式就职是重要的。进一步的实验揭示了在沉默NaBRI1的植物的Ile的活动
